ANN ARBOR – If the Russians invade Ukraine this month, and the United States unleashes crippling sanctions on Russia, will Putin retaliate against the US by unshackling his black hat hackers and GRU state hackers on the US? Richard wrote There Will Be Cyberwar in 2017 talking about potential cyberwar with China. Dan is the former Chief Information Security Officer for the state of Michigan.
