SOUTHFIELD – Lawrence Technological University is making a changes to its campus and to some of its graduate degree programs. Christopher Stefani, chief of staff at LTU, joins Matt Roush and Mike Brennan on MITech TV to provide details.

The Buell Building, at the hub of LTU, is undergoing a major refurbishment to change the food menu and add Holographic tour guides for visitors and potential new students.

LTU has created a master’s degree in Cognitive and Human Factors exploring how humans interface and interact with technology.

Another new wrinkle is a Doctoral degree in Engineering in Advanced Manufacturing. Think Industry 4.0 or smart manufacturing. The program will work closely with LTU’s Centrepolis Accelerator, a program to accelerate the development of hardware used in manufacturing and elsewhere.
