ZEELAND – Product development and business consultant Disher Corp. plans to invest more than $1.4 million and create at least 42 jobs at its Ann Arbor and Zeeland offices after getting a $200,000 grant from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation.

Since 2000, Disher has helped hundreds of small and large companies and inventors successfully discover, design, engineer and manufacture products. Now they’ll expand their operations thanks to help provided by Lakeshore Advantage and the MEDC.

“Disher is a shining example of the strength of our community’s entrepreneurial spirit,” said Jennifer Owens, president, Lakeshore Advantage. “The company started with a local leader with a great idea that was transformed into a profitable business venture. Disher has now grown into a world-class company. The MEDC support will help secure their future long term future in our region.”
