BATTLE CREEK – Steve Bratic, the contractor at Sensi Park, a 100-acre, potentially five million square foot cannabis and hemp grow facility in Fort Custer outside of Battle Creek, said he and his partners are offering a 10 percent reduction towards leases the first two years and 5 percent reduction for a year that goes to charity of their choice
In addition, Bratic will offer a net 10 percent margin reduction on the tenant buildout, if the tenant elects to use Bratic as its contractor.
To get these deals, potential customers must request information about Sensi Park and sign a letter-of-interest by December 31. A letter of interest does not obligate a customer to sign the lease, however. To get these discounts a customer must sign a lease by March 31, 2021.
