FERNDALE – Scott Ringlein, of the Energy Alliance Group of Michigan, talks about the energy efficiency projects his company performs for industrial and commercial clients. The PACE program participant allows property owners to take on a special assessment to pay for energy efficient projects, much like a tax assessment paid over a long period of time that remains with the property even if the owners change.
